HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY 

to all mothers' around the globe

It sooo simple and produce a professional video or slide presentation in much simple platform. When i explore around this applications i found out it's so cool and fun in making both personal or work animation. 

Pro's

i like …

1. the autosave function
2. direct publish to social networks (FB and YouTube
3. Easy editing for picture (have not try inserting video yet)
4. Simple workspace 
5. Fast notification of published work
6. Publish either movie or slideshow

But….

1. only support mp3 sound (not sure about the video format)
2. limited editing function (maybe greater if upgrade to premium)
3. hate it because it is online application (need hi speed connection for smooth editing)
4. Can't save it on computer unless upgrade to premium version

:: Creating A Simple Banner Using Photoshop ::

Assalamualaikum and Haiii

How to create a simple banner using Adobe Photoshop.

First of all determine the size of the banner. As for this tutorial, i'm using a W: 800 pixel, H: 250 pixel with 300 resolution.

• File > New > Custom > Set Title > set Width and Height > Ok

• Designing your banner, this is the most interesting part. You'll spend hours doing this. ;)
• Background colour


• Select color from color pellets > gradients tool / paint bucket
• You also can add pattern to your background by using Pattern

 

• Adding Images

•  Select images from file (internet or personal)
• Open / Drag pictures to Photoshop > Drag / Copy paste to the canvas
• Fill it with Filters for more options

• Adding Text
• From T tools, we can add text

• Then, make up your banner to attract others. 
• Finally, save your file.
• .pdf file - for future editing
• .GIF - for web
• .jpeg - most commonly use (quit big for web)

There is no basic requirement for coding needed as WIx.com offers a flexible and reliable tools to design for free compared to Yola which is very limited. I personally propose Wix.com rather than Yola for beginners who is seeking for website builder to built their website.
